I can't upload images on mobile

I get the option to hit the image upload button, but when I hit that button and choose my image, here's what I see next:

I cannot pan left or right or zoom out. The upload button is off screen. I can't reach it to upload my image.

Instead I have to switch on viewing this site in desktop mode in my mobile browser, and do my image upload that way:
